Can you pay everyone more, give more time off, and outperform metrics by eliminating excess, inefficiencies, redundant processes, and friction points? Now more than ever, your why matters. While some still think this is about Gen Z or the “me generation,” it’s really about discovering you—your authentic self. Call it what you will, this is about effectiveness, not just productivity, and true effectiveness thrives in collaboration, not isolation. Working from home or individually will only get you so far.
Place
A ping pong table might get some use, but it won’t define your culture. Mandating a return to the office won’t guarantee collaboration. True operational excellence—streamlined processes and a frictionless workflow—comes from community and connection.
