LinkedIn’s Pilot Workspaces
Variety supports different modes of work

LinkedIn and Haworth worked together to explore workspaces and learn how to support LinkedIn employees in the work that they do every day. Together, they developed a pilot to test spaces, products, and process. Within the pilot, distinct spaces—each supporting a unique mode of work—were developed as a test bed for understanding how different groups work and the elements they need.
The pilot, deemed “845 Maude,” was occupied by the LinkedIn Global Workplace Strategy team in California. Through direct experience with the test spaces, the team gained valuable firsthand knowledge of how each unique product and application supported different modes of work.
