Q: Do you have a lot of warranty requests?

We sell very high quality products and because of that, only 7.5% of our orders are warranty related.

Q: How can you afford to warranty furniture for seemingly ever?

Q: Why do I have to fill out this form, can’t I just email you?

You can totally just email us and then we will need this very information anyway. We think that giving you the information that is needed is faster and easier on both ends. It’s like your car, when you call for help, they ask you to tell them basic things like make, model, year, etc. Do it once, right?! Here is what we need and 97% of the time, we will fix it for you for free!

Q. What is not covered, there’s always a catch?

The 3% of things not covered are in 2 categories:

  1. We cannot get parts because the manufacturer has stopped producing them.
  2. You are not a client of Cultura and don’t want to be a client of Cultura.
